17/18 College Track DOOR Award Application

The Dreams of Overcoming Obstacles into Reality (DOOR) Award is designed to help College Track (CT) students reduce their financial gap in college. All students who have successfully completed the CT High School Program and are enrolled or enrolling in a full-time two or four year accredited college or university are encouraged to apply for the DOOR Award. Awards help you reduce your financial gap for college.

I applied to the Hardship award in the past, should I apply to DOOR?

Yes. The Hardship award is included within DOOR. If you have applied to Hardship in the past, complete the DOOR application.

How Do I Apply?

Complete the electronic form below and attach all necessary documents by Wednesday, May 31, 2017 11:59pm Pacific. All documents must be attached as PDFs.

Do I have to complete the entire form at once?

No. You can save progress on your form and come back to it later. The link to save a form is at the bottom of each page. When you click this link, it will take you to a page with a URL that you need to cut and paste. Save the URL. You will need this URL to resume your application. Copy and paste it into your browser and the form will be reloaded with your saved info. Attached documents need to be attached just before submitting; they will not be saved if you choose to save and continue at another time.

When is the application due?

All Applications must be submitted by Wednesday, May 31, 2017 11:59pm Pacific. Please remember to submit your application by the deadline. Please note that if you do not receive a confirmation e-mail, your application was not submitted!
